MIAMI - Standard reporter gene cassette.
This construct encodes for a standard reporter gene cassette used to characterize promoters, terminator and transcription initiation sites in vivo in S.cerevisiae using the protocol described in . Briefly, the parts can be cloned into the appropriate placeholder of the MIAMI – Standard reporter gene cassette and integrated into S.cerevisiae genome by EasyClone marker-free integration as described in . Promoter’s strength was assessed in vivo over 24 hours and results re-scaled using the standard operating procedure described in .
MIAMI collection was designed by members of the MIAMI consortium supported by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. Grant agreement No 814645.
