iSpinach

Improved version of the fluorogenic RNA-aptamer spinach far less salt-sensitive
and with a much higher thermal stability developed by Autor et al. (doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkw083). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHBI or derivatives (excitation/emission wavelength: 447/501 nm). The sequence in this biomodule is the one reported by Fernandez-Millan et al. (doi.org/10.1261/rna.063008.117).
