N-ter leucine zipper

Coding sequence for a α helix able to pair to the α helix in biomodule 7THN4GF and form a leucine zipper. If fused to other polypeptides, the sequence should be placed in the N-terminal portion. The original sequence was described by Blakeley et al. (doi.org/10.1039/c2mb25130b) and was optimized through Doulix’s proprietary algorithm for the expression in E. coli and compatible with DNAmate assembly. The sequence contains no start nor stop codons.

The ACDC collection was designed by members of the ACDC consortium supported by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. Grant agreement No 824060. https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/824060.
