mYPet_PSO

Coding sequence of an engineered yellow fluorescent protein optimized for the expression in E. coli through Doulix's protein sequence optimizer. A single amino acid substitution (A206K) blocks protein dimerization. The sequence contains no start nor stop codon. The original sequence is described by Lentini et al. (doi.org/10.1021/sb400003y).
