Mango IV

Fluorogenic RNA aptamer developed by Autor et al. for live imaging of cells (doi.org/10.1038/s41467-018-02993-8). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore thiazole orange (excitation/emission wavelength: 492/516 nm). The biomodule carries the core of the fluorogenic aptamer and requires a flanking scaffold for stability like tRNA or F30 (see biomodules 46UGP9C and 38FLSSO).

The ACDC collection was designed by members of the ACDC consortium supported by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. Grant agreement No 824060. https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/824060.
