Fluorogenic RNA aptamer developed by Paige et al. for live imaging of cells (doi.org/10.1126/science.1207339). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHBI and derivatives (excitation/emission wavelength: 447/501 nm).
