Plasmid for the expression of a baby Spinach aptamer flanked by a F30 scaffold under the control of T7 RNA polymerase. The plasmid is suitable for transcription both in vitro and in vivo in E. coli strains carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. bSpinach is a minimal version of the fluorogenic RNA-aptamer spinach developed by Soni et al. (doi.org/10.1039/C9OB01414D). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHBI or derivatives (excitation/emission wavelength: 447/501 nm).
