C-ter leucine zipper + 2STOP
Coding sequence for a α helix able to pair to the α helix in biomodule 9DO3447 and form a leucine zipper. If fused to other polypeptides, the sequence should be placed in the C-terminal portion. The original sequence was described by Blakeley et al. (doi.org/10.1039/c2mb25130b) and was optimized through Doulix’s proprietary algorithm for the expression in E. coli and compatible with DNAmate assembly. 2 stop codons are added at the end of the coding sequence.
The ACDC collection was designed by members of the ACDC consortium supported by the EU Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. Grant agreement No 824060. https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/824060.
