RBS BBa_B0032 + TAC

The biomodule carries the RBS sequence of registry part BBa_B0032 and a 3-nucleotide spacer to provide the correct distance between RBS and start codon in DNAmate assemblies. For this purpose, the biomodule should be flanked by DNAmate's hinges B and C corresponding to AflII and NdeI restriction cut sites respectively.
