pDLX_6K100_AH_PT7_tRNA::rBroccoli11_BBaB0015
Plasmid for the expression of a red Broccoli aptamer (clone 11) flanked by a tRNALys3 scaffold under the control of T7 RNA polymerase. The plasmid is suitable for transcription both in vitro and in vivo in E. coli strains carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. rBroccoli11 is a fluorogenic RNA aptamer developed by Filonov et al. (doi.org/10.1038/nchembio.2477). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHO (excitation/emission wavelength: 505/545 nm).
