Plasmid for the expression of a mango aptamer (IV) flanked by a F30 scaffold under the control of T7 RNA polymerase. The plasmid is suitable for transcription both in vitro and in vivo in E. coli strains carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. MangoIV is a fluorogenic RNA aptamer developed by Autor et al. for live imaging of cells (doi.org/10.1038/s41467-018-02993-8). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore thiazole orange (excitation/emission wavelength: 492/516 nm).
