GFAP Promoter

This biomodule encodes for the promoter of Glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). GFAP promoter can be used to restrict gene expression to the central nervous system (CNS) cells most notably astrocytes. The AAV collection was developed by Sirion Biotech AG and is made available for research purposes only. Unless pursuant to a separate, written agreement with Sirion Biotech AG, the AAV collection and derivates thereof are not provided and have not been approved for use in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
