pET 5'UTR
The biomodule carries the 5'UTR sequence of transcripts in pET plasmids and it contains a ribosome binding site for the translation of downstream coding sequences. The biomodule is part of pET plasmids used in combination with an E. coli strain carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. pET plasmids and parts thereof were developed by Novagen and are available for Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
