This dsDNA adaptor is designed to clone level 0 DNA fragments into accepting vectors using IIS-based assembly methods such as GoldenGate, MoClo and DNAmate. This adaptor can be used at 3' terminus and it contains two sites for primer annealing and a BsaI site at the 5'.
