pET N-terminal pelB signal peptide
The biomodule encodes for a pelB signal peptide for periplasmic localization of proteins fused at the N-terminus portion of the protein of interest. The biomodule is part of pET plasmids used in combination with an E. coli strain carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. pET plasmids and parts thereof were developed by Novagen and are available for Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
