DYKDDDDK tag

DYKDDDDK (also known as "FLAG") is a short hydrophilic 8-amino acid peptide that binds to the antibody M1. The fusion protein tag can be at either the N- or C-terminus of the protein of interest. When purifying, the purification condition of the system is non-denaturing which means it allows for active fusion proteins to be purified.
