c-myc tag
The c-myc encodes an antibody epitope of ten amino acids, which is recognized by the murin anti-c-myc antibody 9E10. The N- or C-terminal c-myc-tag has been successfully used for detection of proteins in Western-blot technology, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry.
