Baby spinach
Minimal version of the fluorogenic RNA-aptamer spinach developed by Soni et al. (doi.org/10.1039/C9OB01414D). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHBI or derivatives (excitation/emission wavelength: 447/501 nm).
