Coding sequence of a destabilized enhanced cyan fluorescent protein optimized for the expression in E. coli through Doulix's protein sequence optimizer. The sequence contains no start nor stop codon. The original sequence is described by Siegel-Gaskins et al. (doi.org/10.1021/sb400203p).
