pET-22b C-terminus
The biomodule carries the C-terminal sequence of pET-22b encoding for a 6x histidine tag to be used for protein purification in combination with Ni-NTA affinity columns. The biomodule is part of pET plasmids used in combination with an E. coli strain carrying the T7 RNA polymerase gene. pET plasmids and parts thereof were developed by Novagen and are available for Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
