5' tRNALys3 scaffold
5' portion of an RNA scaffold exploited for the stabilization of fluorogenic RNA aptamers. The structure was used in combination with Broccoli (biomodule 1A54B5R), dimeric Broccoli (biomodule 03KL5K6) and Spinach2 (biomodule 75ZSXGM) by Yuan et al. (doi.org/10.1016/j.biotno.2020.01.001). The biomodule must be placed upstream of an aptamer sequence in combination with biomodule 0EQP3QG placed downstream.
