dBroccoli
Dimeric version of the fluorogenic RNA-aptamer developed by Filonov et al. (doi.org/10.1021/ja508478x). The aptamer provides fluorescence in presence of the fluorophore DFHBI or derivatives (excitation/emission wavelength: 447/501 nm).
